The look and feel of the hotel is really nice. The beds are comfy and the staff are prepared to help you in any way. The location is not bad like some said here. There are so many taxis coming past and if you walk about 10 seconds down to the fork in the road you have double the chance of taxis. And at least the taxis are always honest in Baguio and you dont have to ask about how much.

staff are all very accommodating and kind. beds and linens have the 5-star hotel feels. The room smells clean. CR is small but clean.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. For its value, it offers a lot more. The rooms were clean, there were complimentary breakfast, and other necessities.
